Hi I’m Will, I’m 25 and I was born and raised in Devon, England.

Since a young age I have been fascinated by the body, health and performance, participating in every sport I could such as rugby, hockey and football. My interest in all thing’s health, exercise and fitness led to my decision to study Sport and Exercise Science at university. After I graduated university, I decided to travel around the world, exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people. Whilst travelling I mainly worked in the construction industry acquiring skills in multiple trades. I also worked on a ski hill as a lift operator in Canada for 2 seasons, one of my favourite jobs to date. Although I enjoyed work in the construction industry I didn’t feel it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, I wanted to find my true passion.

Shortly after my first ski season in Canada I became aware of breathwork through a podcast with James Nestor, author of the global bestselling book ‘Breath’. After listening to this podcast my interest was sparked, and I began to incorporate breathwork into my day to day life. I soon noticed an improvement in fitness, recovery and mood. Learning about breathwork gave me the knowledge and tools to be able to use the breath to adapt to any situation, whether it was to improve performance in the gym or calm the mind when anxious.

My goal is to teach people how the breath can be used as a tool to improve health, exercise performance, mood and control emotions. My teaching style is relaxed, informal and always backed up with scientific research. I understand that each client is unique and individual. For this reason, I tailor each program to an individuals’ specific needs to provide a 360° approach to overall health and wellness.

The Oxygen Advantage® is a program of simple exercises designed to retrain your breathing. The focus is on light, slow, deep breathing (LSD) which targets the biochemistry and biomechanics of the body and taps into the autonomic nervous system.

All too often when addressing breathing, too much emphasis is placed on taking big, full breaths, drawing air deep into the lungs. Although this will engage the diaphragm, the biochemistry is neglected and in doing so will actually narrow blood vessels leading to reduced oxygen delivery to cells.

The Oxygen Advantage® includes 25+ exercises all with different purposes - from breath re-training to stopping a panic attack, preparing for a presentation or competition to improving sleep, exposing the body to good stress, to countering bad stress. There is a breathing technique for every situation
